VAJRA/LOTUS POSTURE :
Why do five or seven points sitting postures matter and how do is affect the five main pranas and chakras ?
Some exercises make it possible to sit in vajra or lotus posture.
9 ROUNDS OF BREATHING FOR PURIFICATION :
Our body is like a cup. In the morning, we would never drink our coffee out of a left over dirty cup. It’s instinctive to wash and dry the cup before using it for a new purpose. The same logic towards our body should be part of our everyday lifestyle. Start a new day by purifying the stale chï (prana) and fill in with fresh chï (energy). It must be part of the morning routine. This exercise will allow you to fill up your body and mind with clean and bright energy for a better day!
3 SYLLABLES FOR PURIFICATION :
Let’s clean and fill the cup !
How to remove the stale energy in your body and fill it with pure energy!
Our body is like a cup. After the practice (nine rounds of breath for purification), your cup is now washed. Before pouring your coffee, you would wipe the cup. Same thing need to be done with the body. The same thing needs to be done with your body. Here’s how to dry your cup before filling it, you use three syllables Hung, Ha, and Phat and do the bellow breathing pattern. This exercise allows you to entirely purify yourself from stale energy remaining in the body and fill it with pure positive energy. The full practice (added to the nine rounds of breath) takes less than 10 minutes and makes you ready to start a beautiful day with a nice cup of coffee ready to go !
Benefits of the exercices :
1. Purifies the stale energy of the body
2. Cleaning all the three channels/nadis
3. Removes any blockage in the channels
4. Reduces negative emotions
5. Feels relaxing and peaceful
6. Physical benefits: releasing pressure in the body. This practice is very useful to remove stale energy from the body in between yoga exercises. The green energy visualization at the end of the practice can prevent and cure diseases.
7. Mental benefits : cleaning the right channel, the one for hatred and anger will dissolve afflictive emotions. Angry and fearful thoughts remaining in the area of our judgment will be destroyed. Regularly practicing can cure mental suffering, as well as depression.
8. Energical benefits: purifying yourself from stale energy.

We are breathing in and out on a range of 81 different levels of energies and 21,600 times every day. Therefore, it could be a bright idea to mind for our breathing patterns. Lama Tsongkhapa (the founder of Gelug tradition) reveals this paradoxical but very true statement: “If you want to live forever, stop breathing !“.
